Cueme (“Platform”, “Service”) is owned and operated by Anicca Wellness, a sole proprietorship registered in India (“Company”, “we”, “us”).

By accessing or using Cueme.xyz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What Cueme Is

Cueme is a software product that provides AI-powered role-play tools for improving communication skills.

It is a digital product delivered through web-based software.

We do not provide therapy or professional counselling.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining confidentiality of your login.

Cueme may offer one-time purchases to unlock features, tools, or credits.

Prices may change; updated pricing will always be displayed before purchase.

Payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment details.

Once a purchase is completed, access to the purchased features is delivered digitally through your account.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including:

We reserve the right to limit or terminate access for violations.

All content, software, design, and features belong to Anicca Wellness or licensed partners. You may not copy or resell our software or content.

Since purchases are one-time digital unlocks, there is no ongoing subscription to cancel. We may terminate access if you violate these Terms.

The Platform is provided “as is.”

We make no guarantees of specific outcomes or improvements.

Cueme is not a substitute for professional services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for access in the preceding 6 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
